“Avalon” is possibly one of the cleanest and well cared for yachts I have had the pleasure of representing in my career. She is in beautiful condition and has been meticulously maintained by her Owners sparing no expense. This four-stateroom, five-head layout feels like you are on a much larger boat than a 65-footer and she wants for nothing. Unfortunately a change in plans forces the sale of this beautiful yacht.

The Outer Reef 65 Motor Yacht is super spacious. There is a large aft deck with 270-degree views complete with a large varnished dinette table that will seat eight comfortably. Walking through the double doors in the salon you will be greeted with beautiful teak & holly flooring throughout and varnished cherry finishes. There is a full chef’s galley just forward of the salon with a day-head to starboard.
The pilothouse is setup for a proper yacht’s man with all the tools and toys needed to navigate anywhere you’ll want to go. There is a nice settee and dinette table behind the helm seat so the Captain will have company.
Up a couple of steps into the poly-carbonate enclosed flybridge with double helm seats, large varnished dinette to starboard and a huge settee and ottoman to port. After of the dinette and settee is a full summer galley complete with sink, grill, and fridge. Then out onto the aft deck of the flybridge you have a “new” 1500lb davit with a 13.5’ inflatable with 50hp outboard.
Down below there is a mid-ship full-beam master with dual walk-in closets, double sink ensuite with separate enclosed head and shower. There are two VIP stateroom forward to port and in the bow to with ensuite heads that have separate stall showers. There is also separate full-size washer and dryer on this lower level in the passage way between the stateroom under the stairs from the pilothouse.
The engine room is stand-up height and currently clean enough to eat off of any surface. It is a very neat and organized space that will make any mechanic happy to come and do your service work. The engine space is accessible from a sea door on the swim platform or through the master stateroom. Aft of the engine space is a double bunk crew stateroom with a separate head.
